Who We Are

StoneRidge Retirement Living is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization. Our mission, vision and core values provide the foundation upon which we function and provide care for our residents in each of our communities.

Mission

Following Christ’s loving example, we will consistently provide responsive care, organizational flexibility, a well-trained devoted team and an appealing, secure residence within each of our communities.

Vision

To be an innovative provider of retirement living and healthcare services consistent with our Christian principles and values.

Core Values

The following Core Values represent the standards of conduct we esteem to embody and seek to emulate at all times, in all interactions inside and outside StoneRidge — with residents, family members, community partners, suppliers and especially with each other as team members.

Integrity

To set a strict standard of adherence to moral and ethical principles, following the example set by Christ in all dealings, interactions and communications at StoneRidge. We pledge to be forthright, honorable and act above reproach, exhibiting character at all times and in all situations, no matter how challenging or difficult.

Excellence

To create an unwavering standard of resident care where “good enough” is never good enough. We seek to approach every task with careful precision and earnest effort — while challenging conventional thinking, looking for ways to innovate and being proactive visionaries who lead the way to increasingly higher levels of resident fulfillment and operational efficiency.

Compassion

To always approach residential care in an atmosphere of genuine heartfelt concern and empathy. Whether administering treatment in Skilled Nursing, attending to specific needs in Personal Care or providing routine services in Independent Living, we seek to “walk in the shoes” of our residents in order to broaden our awareness of their quality of life and heighten our desire to enhance it.

Stewardship

To operate StoneRidge in a highly prudent and diligent manner — especially in financial matters and business dealings — to most wisely and vigilantly use the resources with which we have been entrusted and to continue to honor the trust placed in us by our residents.

Grace

To emulate the cornerstone of our Christian faith; that of freely bestowing favor upon those we serve as residents and those we interact with as team members — including each other. We do this to help reveal the strengthening and uplifting love of Christ as we fulfill our mission of providing care and accommodations to seniors, and live out His example of humbly putting the needs of others first.
